Shipping and Returns
Delivery Charges.
For items purchased under £30 items will be sent for £2.50 with Royal Mail Recorded delivery. For parcels with a value of £30 and over items will be sent for £4.75 Royal Mail Special delivery. Parcels worth £75 and over postage is free. Items being sent to Europe will be sent by Airmail as International signed for at a cost of £6.00. For all other countries it is £7.50, items will be sent Airmail International signed for.
Postage costs do not include possible custom charges for your country.
Payments.
Payments are made using paypal, where you can pay with credit/debit cards or using a paypal account.
Delivery Times.
Orders are normally sent within 2 working days, we will always try to dispatch standard orders on the same working day that they are received.
Special commissions or orders may take longer. These are dealt with on an individual basis, timescales will be agreed before commissions are taken.
All deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel or it may be returned to us. In these circumstances delivery charges will be non-refundable and a second charge will be made for re-delivery.
Returns.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any items, simply email sales@spjewellery.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of your item(s) or call on 07971 966092 and return them in the original packaging (box/pouch) to SP Jewellery, 366 Hemdean Road, Caversham, Reading, RG4 7QJ within 21 days of emailing us with notification that you are returning the item.
We will be happy to refund your payment or make an exchange after the items are returned complete and in their original packaging.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or where the wrong item is dispatched, you will have to pay delivery charges and return postage to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items returned by you that are lost in the post. We strongly advise that items are returned by recorded (signed for) delivery. This is to protect you in the event that they are lost by royal mail, as items remain your resonsibility until they are returned to us. We cannot accept liability for returned items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Guarantee.
I take pride in my work and make sure that each piece of jewellery made is of the highest possible standard.
In the unlikely event of a breakage due to my workmanship, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase or I will repair your item free of charge within one year of receipt. After one year a small fee will be charged for the repair. If the jewellery is damaged not due to my workmanship but through misuse, accident or neglect, a small fee will be charged for the cost of materials and time spent on the repair.
