Rutilated Quartz

Also known as Angel hair or Venus hair, this quartz is often smoky in colour and has needle like rutile crystal inclusions which are brassy or coppery in colour. It can often be found in Madagascar, Brazil, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Germany and Switzerland.
