Rock Crystal
This colourless and transparent quartz is by far the worlds most common mineral, it was the first substance to be described as crystal. It can be found worldwide, although the best source of clear quartz are in Brazil. The name ''quartz'' comes from the greek word krustallos meaning ice, because it was thought that it was ice frozen so solidly by the gods that it wouldn't melt.
Quartz is the most powerful healing crystal.
