Rhodonite
This stone is named after the Greek word for rose: rhodon. Some slices can resemble the deep pink section of a watermelon. Other pieces are more salmon pink, with veins of brown or black impurities. Most rhodonite is found in metamorphic rocks. It is found mainly in Spain, Russia, Sweden, Germany, Mexico and Brazil.
