Prehnite
Prehnite is named after Colonel von Prehn, who discovered it in the 18th century. It can be found in basaltic volcanic rocks, igneous rocks and in some metamorphic rocks. Commonly found in South Africa, it was originally thought that it was a variety of emerald or olivine and was sometimes known as 'cape emerald' and 'cape chrysolite', it can also be found in the USA, UK, Australia and France.
Prehnite is said to - - enable you to always be prepared - show you the way forward - help you to be in harmony with nature - help you let go of possessions you no longer need - helping those who hoard possessions - alleviate nightmares, phobias & deep fears
